This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Embassy Suites Lincoln, both times the front desk staff have been less than helpful or friendly.

The hotel was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful except the front desk. (Odd you would think since she is the first contact with guests, she would be more friendly / helpful.)

We had a great time, the rooms were beautiful and roomy. Enjoyed the cocktail hour while the kids swam. Very nice. Also the free breakfast was amazing.

Pay for parking, pay for internet.

We enjoyed our stay here. We missed the manager's special (free drinks), but we did have the free breakfast and it was wonderful. I love the location right next to the Haymarket area. The only things that would make me reconsider staying here is that you have to pay for internet and parking. I understand about the parking because it's a city lot, but most hotels have free wireless internet now and as a frequent traveler, I usually base my decisions on that amenity. ...read more
